Following my kick.butt insanity workout tonight I fueled up on a dinner of champions 🙂
Sushi! from Nectar in Philly
I started off with their baby green salad with crispy goat cheese and nectar vinaigrette
I didn’t eat the goat cheese but the dressing was delicious with those much needed greens 🙂
Followed by a cucumber role and a salmon avocado roll
A little carbs, protein and healthy fat all in one dish. Perfecto!
Finishing it off with a glass of red wine. Antioxidants. A well balanced meal if I do say so myself.
